How to control Myopia?
- Life style modification – avoid gadget [ mobile, tablet, laptop ] usage, daily outdoor activity
of 2 hours/day in sunlight, keep reading distance of 40 cm. - Low dose atropine eye drops – once a day as per advised by pediatric ophthalmologist.
- Specially designed spectacles lenses- after consulting pediatric ophthalmologist
